WHO IS SPILT SUGAR?

Spilt Sugar is a name I created for my photography and other artistic outlets over a decade. My real name is Cheryl Faligowski. I am a 27 year old photographer, model, and all-around artist of many mediums.

Photography is a medium I have been experimenting with since I was a child and skills I have been honing since my early teens. At age 17 I completed some basic photography courses at Macomb Community College and the instructors were well enducated, but I found their program to be too commercial for my taste in photography at the time. I decieded to teach myself and seek out mentors. I learned so much from good-old-fashioned trial and error with both technical photographic skills and Photoshop experiments.

In 2008 I enrolled at Oakland Community College and found my artistic experiments to be better appreciated by the instructors and students alike. I recently recieved my Photographic Technology Certificate at OCC and am continuing my education in persuing the full Photographic Technology Degree offered there.
