1. How can I pay for my pre-order(s)? Is there a discount for paying Cash/Money Order?

Cash or Money Order in Person is totally preferred but not required. Money Order via snail mail is great too!! Please email me at spiltxosugar@gmail.com for address and invoice if paying by Money Order. NO CHECKS PLEASE! I will have to send them back to you as I cannot accept them at this time.
Payment Via Paypal is totally cool too!!! You can order directly from my website HERE if you prefer to use Paypal!
If you pay by cash in person or Money Order, your cost is $2 less so the book is only $65 each for you lovely people! Those Paypal fees don't have to get you down!

2. When do I have to order by?

I plan to order the books for print around late April 2012. That said, if I do not get enough orders by then (about 40), I will have to postpone the order a few weeks until enough orders are in to cover most of the initial costs of this order. So order now and tell your friends and family about this too!

3. What if I want to wait and by it in person? Will you have loose copies for sale?

The sooner we reach a bulk amount, the sooner I can order them. And the more books I sell, the more extra copies I can buy. As is, I will only be ordering a small handful of books with my own funds, and those will be gone instantly. I can ONLY guarantee you copies of the book if you PRE-ORDER them. Sorry, but I'm doing this whole project DIY and Print on Demand, no corporate capital to help.

4. Yeah, but I still wanna wait and buy it after the release, can I do that?

Once the extra copies are sold (there may be as little as 5-10 extras!) , we will have to order them in smaller batches unless the demand gets very high (cross your fingers in that case).
But Yes, you can buy the book after the initial copies are gone, but the cost will be more. Possibly up to $40 MORE since ordering only a few books costs MUCH more than ordering in bulk. So save yourself some money and PRE-ORDER now! This discounted price is only for those who get a copy from Pre-Ordering the book. I am really making this as affordable as possible for the release! $40 more affordable!!!!

5. Will I get a reciept?

Yes, you will!!! Either your paypal reciept will be emailed to you after payment or you will get an email reciept from me if you pay by mail (Money Order only) or a paper reciept with your cash in person payment. Please keep your reciept!!!

6. What do I do with my payment receipt?

EVERYONE will have a receipt for their order. PLEASE hold onto these, either digitally or on paper. I will have copies of said receipts and when the books come in, you will need your receipt to get your book(s). I will also have a list of people who paid at the release show (location and date coming soon!) so that we can just check off your name but keep those receipts JUST IN CASE. After all, we're all human, and machines aren't perfect either! Keep your proof!

7. I want 3 or 4 or 5 copies of the book, can I send one payment?

Yes, just be sure you change the quantity on the paypal form if online or tell/write me the quantity if the payment is through the mail or in person when you send/give payment.

8. I know Cash is preferred but how do I get it to you?
We can make personal arrangements for cash payments if you live nearby or we attend certain events at the same time. I will have paper receipts for everyone who pays me in person.

9. Can I pay by check or credit card in person?
Unfortunately checks are tricky for people like me. I have no protection if they bounce (not that they would), but just in case, I cannot risk that.
You CAN however, pay in person with a credit card ($2 fee applies) or send me a Money Order for $65, Pay in person with Cash for $65, or online with PAYPAL ($2 fee applies)!
If paying by Money Order, please email me at spiltxosugar@gmail.com (be sure it's spILT not spLIT) with how many copies you'd like to order and I will send you an invoice and my address to send payment to. Once Payment is received, I will send you a receipt via email. If other arrangements need to be made, let me know!

10. Can I have my book mailed to me?
Yes, but extra shipping and handling costs apply and delivery time is To Be Determined after I have the books in hand.
For shipping within the US, please select the drop down menu for Ship Book or if paying cash/Money Order add $13 for shipping, this is via Priority Mail. If you have multiple books to order for one shipment, please message for a custom shipping rate on multiple books in one package.
If ordering from Canada, please email me with your address and how many you want to order so we can figure out your shipping costs and such.
If ordering from any other countries, please send me your address and we will figure out how to get you your book and how much it will cost.

11.Why does it cost $2 more per book to pay by Paypal or credit card?
Paypal charges fees for using it's services and since I am keeping the cost of this book down to make it more affordable for you, those fees take a sizable chunk of what remains after the cost of having the book printed and shipped to me.
Therefore, it would be cutting down the amount of extra copies I would like to have for those who miss the PRE-ORDER (again, there won't be more than a few extra copies unless there is a really decent amount of Pre-Orders). The $2 per book covers part of that Paypal fee, I cover the rest.

12. But I am a performer in the book, what about us?

The Performers that are featured IN this book get just ONE copy of the book at an even deeper discount, I will be sending out info to you guys via FB and Email to get you your separate invoices to PRE-ORDER your copy. Please email me your phone number if you did not get this Email or FB message.
